- 2 books per week/ listen to audiobooks/ expand vocabulary/ stay curious & search for answers.
-Help where I can and give when I can/ Spread good vibes / Do everything with a good intention
- Search for opportunities, expand, make a habit out of it. Not for reputation, but for good.
-Grow Healthy/ Get proper nutrition/ Pure and balanced: mind, body, & soul
- Lift weights and perform cardiovascular exercises to support bone structure and overall health.
-Reach out, remember the love of friends and family/ Grow humble, honest, & loyal
- Keep an open mind, be open to a different perspective, try to be understanding of what you may not understand, stay compassionate.
-Keep these goals active by writing about them on this blog, daily.
- Even the smallest amount of writing counts, as long as it is done everyday. This will reinforce the change pursued with these goals.
